This is quite entertaining and I love that it shows a protagonist who wears hijab while the story has absolutely nothing to do with her religion. She's just a girl in the world living her life, even if it is in a kind of extraordinary story. I also love that it shows very different kinds of girls. However, the story was a bit meh for me. I feel like most characters were severely underwritten, and some things weren't properly developed.

I have a huge problem with Mark being let off the hook and his relationship with Trina blamed for his sexist behaviour, as if Trina was the problem and not him.

I would still recommend it even with its problems, especially if you just want something light, but I didn't love it.
