19% in and realised I'm finding this taxing rather than wanting to read it. It's just dull! Lots of soundbites about facing fear and nothing I haven't heard before. Disappointly lacking any tales from the author's time in the secret service and it hasn't gripped me enough to stay to find out if they ever materialise.
