This was a very nice manga and I liked it a lot though the whole teacher student relationship thing made this a lot less wholesome than I expected and gave it some dark undertones. That teacher was a total creep and made me a bit uncomfortable because I didn't expect something like that at all. I'm definitely looking forward to reading volume 2 because I'm very sure that teacher is going to show up and cause problems (again).
The art style was absolutely gorgeous and I really loved how ballet was the centre of the whole story. I don't really know much about ballet but this was presented in a way that even someone without much knowledge on the topic can perfectly follow what's happening. There are also little bonus pages that give you further information on both ballet and contemporary dance which I really appreciated since - as I already mentioned - I don't have much knowledge on either of those topics. So a fun and also informative read for me.
Our two main characters - Chihiro (Minobe) and Shun (Ichinomiya also called Ichi by Minobe) - form a very lovely couple and their interactions were really fun. I loved their constant bickering. They really gave me black cat and golden retriever puppy vibes. Definitely sweet and I'm looking forward to seeing more of them in the future.
