Spooky

This tale certainly has the rhythm of speech from the time it was written. I often found myself engrossed while reading, yet when life called me to put the story down I was able to leave it for weeks on end. Having finally finished the book I will say that I put the pieces together before I reached the end yet still found it eerie. It is also fascinating to me that this was written 25 years prior to Stroker's Dracula. This was an interesting gothic tale and I think cold be a good read for any with a preference for vampires.
