Nala, Zahira, Bear, Monty, and Xylo were put through the ringer. The traumatic experience Nala went through at the academy would drive anyone crazy. The patience and care everyone gave Nala was awesome. They didn’t push her or overstimulate her in any way. Kept giving her reassurance whenever she had her doubts. I’m so happy they were open to Monty and pushy or hostile towards him when they found out that him and Nala were involved. We love a building pack. It was really sweet to see Bear and his omega side even if only for a little bit with him being a Zeta. That was very interesting to see. Nala gathering her courage to even ask for her packs bond marks was a sight to see. They didn’t deny her either. Everyone was welcoming, patient, and caring. Even though they all were gaslit by authorities which was a low blow. Nala and her pack took everything in stride. This was a very good read and I highly recommend.
