Immortal Longings by Chloe Gong

2.0

I got more questions about the NPC's than I do about the actual book.

Also, everything you need to know about the book is in the blurp and then the first sentence of the next one.

It very much gave me hunger games but everyone willingly puts their name in and there's 80 something of them....and instead of an arena they have the whole city to run around it.
And a lot of the contestants can jump from body to body.
That's the one that leaves me with questions.
I'm usually fine without the meaningless details, but I the "romance" just happens nothing builds up to it.
I felt no connection with any of the characters.

I didn't like the authors other works so this will be the end of picking up her books for me.
