Capture Me by Geneva Lee
4.0
Capture Me is the third book following Belle and Smith, and I was desperate to see what happened in this one after the events of Covet Me. There were lots of things I wanted to see, and this one did not play out the way I had expected.
I’ll be honest and say I wasn’t as crazy about this one as I had hoped to be. I certainly enjoyed it – there were some heavy topics involved and I was hit hard by the emotion – but the action of this one happened off-page. The fact these details mostly happened off-page disappointed me a bit, as there were lots of enjoyable elements that I would have loved to see play out on page instead. Despite this, I did enjoy the way everything came together and happily devoured it in a single sitting.
All in all, Capture Me was an enjoyable conclusion to this segment of the couple’s story. It wasn’t quite everything I had hoped for, but I did enjoy it.
