How could it end like that?!? This was a highly anticipated read for me this year, and although it took me a while to get through this chunk, I loved every minute of it. I loved being back in Basgiath and Aretia with the squad. I liked how it wasn't just mainly set in the areas of the previous books and that it branched out. I still love Tairn and Andarna, and they're banter. I thought Violet really found her confidence in her powers in this book, and Xaden is still 🥵🥵. I seriously can't wait for book 4!
