What a lovely mystical/magical short story, where the earth provides love from the shunned and poorly treated Jarek.
He’s been forced to live in the forest, alone. The towns folk barely tolerate him when he comes in search of supplies or to sell his produce. But he has nature. Which he loves wholeheartedly. In turn, he is rewarded with a beautiful man for a season that fills his world with love and warmth. But will he be lucky enough to get more than just one season?
An excellently crafted quick story with love and light and beauty. Jarek and Aviv are sweet and joyous, and I really loved it.
