Plath’s phonology is unsurpassed. Her poems are simply superlative to read aloud. Maybe it’s the amount of times I have listened to her reading my favourites from them, but these poems are written down upon my heart, I hear them all in her voice. 

Upon this time of rereading, Plath’s hope was even further emphasised, and her feminist message. My beloved, I am eternally grateful for her.
