This instalment made me miss this world so much, especially Gen and Irene.

Kamet was a bit of a tosser, but I grew to like him as the story progressed - but not as much as I like Costis (of course my favourite is still Gen).

I was trying to work out where this all fit in and I had a feeling the Attolian it was Costis! I was initially disappointed that I was wrong when he was introduced as Aris, but was vindicated later.

I was pretty upset to hear about Irene's miscarriage and Gen's failing health. But whyyyyyy T_T
