Everything Emily Henry creates permeates my soul in a way that nothing else does. She reminds me just how much I love reading and how easy it can be for a book to sink its perfect claws directly into your soul. I love the way her writing brings pitter patters to my heart and how those pitters make my esophagus feel like it may close up by just the sheer volume of my excitement and love of reading. I love that I can fall in love with her characters within a matter of words and that each of them feel so real that I almost think I've added new friends to my circle. I love that feeling of how an unplanned cackle can just burst from the very depths of your being, no matter where you are and how oddly your coworkers look at you.
