I am deeply embarrassed that it took me this long to read this magnificent book. The visuals were beautiful and complex. I had multiple moments where I cried and had to take a moment because Mira Jacob can break your heart in a short phrase. It feels like a weird yet perfect time to have read this during this awful election cycle that makes you question everything you know about people.
