Granite Harbor by Peter Nichols

A small quaint Maine village is the setting for what turns out to be a serial killer. A killer who targets young teen age boys and leaves a really creepy signature. Through flashbacks we are shown how an innocent young boy ends up a serial killer. I loved the different and often quirky characters in the book and how they interacted. And I loved how fierce a mother could become to protect her child.
