Gwen is working as a PI when she takes on a cold case of a missing man. From there the threats start piling up against her family and as usual, things get dark and intense.
I enjoyed this instalment in the series. This one was spooky and culty. I enjoy the PI bend, it lets Gwen still uncover mysteries, but it's more believable than more threats coming directly to her and her family. Everything wrapped up so nicely in this story and all the pieces just fit together so well! Even though it was a bit too perfect I loved it.
I love reading from these characters (minus Sam, he's a bore) and I am sad the series is coming to an end soon!
