One of McTeirnan’s best to date. You know it is great writing when you can’t wait to see what happens next even though you know what happened to Nina from the beginning. It is a great character study, a serious look at family dynamics and what one would do for their kids.  Also, a very realistic look at social media and wealth and influence and how people are easily swayed to believe what they are being fed. Nothing would change what happened to Nina, but the ending was definitely satisfying in a kind of sick way. Audio from Libro.fm
