Fascinatingly drawn out story with three narrators whose lives we learn are closely entwined. Some twists I expected early on and some pleasantly surprised me. I found the second half of the story much quicker and kept my attention better than the first half. I can see how Jewell had more story to expand upon in the sequel which I'll likely read.
