If you take anything away from this review, it is that the Twisted Sisters sure know how to create a vile villain.
Like The Shadow Princess, Cursed Fates is emotionally difficult to get through—it feels like the first few books were the build up before a volcanic eruption. And I imagine that books #6 and #7 are going to be the true eruption from what I've heard.
How do I feel about our twins? I want to smack both because of how frustrated I am with their behavior and mindsets. I expect we'll be getting lots of redemption in the remaining books.
The end of this book had me actually wanting to projectile vomit (can you tell how emotionally invested I am?). Onto book #6.
