This was super cute and I loved both of the main characters right away. I’m learning, though, that the reason I’m not the biggest fan of long-time friends to lovers is because this trope relies heavily on miscommunication, which I can’t stand. There were so many times I was read this screaming in my head for the characters to just communicate already. All of the side characters (who I also loved) were always the ones to speak some sense into the mcs even though the answers to their problems just felt so obvious. Other than this, though, ITHK was sweet, funny, and swoony with a bunch of fun Taylor Swift references. 4 stars.
