I don’t think it’s fair to compare this to the unmaking of June Farrow yet here I am. In terms of writing, this book was a pleasure to listen to! Her writing is so lush and poetic.
With that being said, I didn’t get the point of the plot😔 like I get it but I also didn’t. It was not gripping. The writing(again) was what kept me going.
With the unmaking of June Farrow I wanted to dnf but I didn’t and it paid off, it was one of my favorite books from 2024. With this book, I’m not sure if I was fulfilled.
