I read the first book in the series which gave a bit of background with Rainn and Cher. 

I enjoyed this one about more while it was very slow in the beginning it picked up quite a bit and it was a rollercoaster. 

I liked Rainn and Mac. They had really good growth both individually and together as a couple. 

There was more depth with the plot with this one as well.

Overall a cute quick read.
