This is probably 4.5 stars for me. I absolutely loved The House in the Cerulean Sea, and this did a lot of the same things for me. It sort of felt like a retelling of that story though, and I wasn't quite as enamored as I was the first time. Still, I hope Klune keeps it up with these heartwarming queer tales. I will happily keep reading them.
