Liam and Truvy: Somehow in a weird way, they work!

Liam is the head of the Irish Mob and Truvy is a feisty diner watress from Texas. A rather strange pairing but they seem to work.

Liam and Truvy have definite chemistry and the sparks fly. However, things take a turn when Liam offeres Truvy an indecent proposal: be his for the next 28 days and then walk away fro good. This is due to the danger of his profession. Truvy decides that as much as she is attracted to Liam, she won't take chances of being hurt and having her heart broken after the 28 days are over. She sadly declines.

Too bad that Liam decides to move ahead with the plan anyway and kidnaps Truvy!

This story had me from the begnning. The love scenes were hot and Liam and Truvy's banter was really funny and entertaining. I wish I could give this more than three stars. But, the endng seemed a little too contrived and unbelieveable. If you can overlook this minor detail and just enjoy the HEA for what it is, you should be fine.
