Originally rated four stars but it was really a 4.5, rounded up due to the sheer demand to immediately re-read the novel to pick up subtle yet important details missed in the first half of the book setting the scene for the back half. It's humbling when a book comes comes off smarter than you are while using intricate writing and phrasing to turn standard conversations into dramatic monologue pieces. It's an ambitiously written book.
