I read this for a Q space in an alphabet challenge. I liked a lot of it, but it had big First Book energy. The best part was the disability rep and their burgeoning relationship. However, there was a LOT of repetition in the relay of information. We'd get their text convos and then breakdowns with friends or family where the same information was conveyed. 

I do plan to check out future books by the author, as I think the writing overall was strong.
