I decided to live on the wild side by reading this series out of order and a time was had! This started off with Elise getting her legs pulled into the air and ended with Thomas ‘Smooth’ pulling on our heartstrings. This novella felt like a complete story from the 96-hour fling flashback, recap/update to the first book, and Hallmark-ish ending in the future. This was my first time reading from this author, and I like the spicy way she writes romance. I may never look at a Maya Angelou poem the same way again.
