I read the book about six months before the movie came out. I have to say the book is much better than the movie. There are many parts and details that were changed or deleted in the movie. I read this book in about two days; it was just that good! The story focuses on Mary Boleyn, who is largely forgotten by history. This book made me interested in Tudor history and other historical fiction.
