One thing that I always notice with creators of color is the way they manage to incorporate raw emotion in the things (be it music, film, art, or books) that they produce and in this one, Deb JJ Lee delivered a narrative about growing up as an Asian-American in this modern world.

I enjoyed the art style and the way it was in sync with the pacing of the narration.
