My judgement is a little skewed because as it turns out, I still don't like audiobooks, but I did want something to listen to while I worked. I definitely enjoyed this book, although I was honestly a bit disappointed at times (with things like, style) because I have pretty high expectations of Mr. Gaiman - maybe my own fault? But I really enjoy this creepy little story. It's just that, well, I'm gonna say the impossible...

The movie is better.

The book is good. The movie is just a masterpiece. They're both fine works either way, and I recommend you give both a shot.
