I loved reading Emma on 83rd Street and was so excited for the second book of the Jane Austen retelling with Elizabeth of East Hampton. This modern take on an old classic was perfection - a chaotic family, enemies to lovers, some scandal, quirky characters and some spice. I really enjoyed Emma and George’s cameos, the sweet love story between Jane and Charlie, and Lizzie and Will’s slow burn romance, especially when a storm brings them together and the slow burn turns into a FIRE. A perfect read for summer!
