I didn't find this funny or heart warming, but rather disappointing. It seemed to gloss over bad behavior and accept it as normal. The main character treats her husband like garbage and doesn't seem to cherish what life's all about until it's an afterthought. It seems pretty depressing and just an all around cautionary tale, like reading a diary of someone I would never want to be friends with.
