I want to give this more than 5 ⭐s because I loved it SO MUCH. I have been on this body positivity journey for about 6 months now, and I'd heard about intuitive eating from following Laura on IG. But this book was absolutely ground-breaking for me. I physically cannot express how much I loved this. PLEASE for the love of God, read this book.
