what?! this book takes you all over the place and I was genuinely surprised at parts; kept me guessing. Walsh's writing is flowing and pleasant, the descriptions had me yearning for a temperate England as NY was an absolute hellfire this week. I had a particularly personal connection to some aspects of this book which fueled me through reading, but I could see how this plot could become somewhat grating for others.
