I'm lagging behind with the series. I bought #2 and #3 audiobook when the third installment was released after truly enjoying the series' first book.

I had a bit difficult time getting started with the book but once things got going I was hooked and couldn't let go. Jen Lyon paints family, relationship and sports drama so well. I cannot describe the experience in any other way.

And Abby Craden! Wow. This was my 35th book narrated by her (if my tagging is correct). And I think it's her best work yet. The number of characters and accents and emotions in one book is unbelievable. This year's audiobook narrator Goldie Award went to the right recipients.
