It's been quite some time since I've handed out a five-star rating for a book, but THE THURSDAY MURDER CLUB definitely deserves it. As a mystery writer myself, the book's title was enough to draw me in. I became enamored after reading the first page and my love grew with every subsequent chapter. I laughed out loud more than a few times, sighed deeply at other times, while all the time remaining perplexed by the unfolding mystery (which was completely satisfying).

I am so delighted that I took a risk and bought the second book with this one - so I can dive right in again and enjoy these wonderful characters!
