I adore this series. I get so excited every time I walk into the bookstore and see a new volume on the shelf.

Taichi and Kohei are so sweet but it is easy to forget that they've been together for years at this point with how they interact with each other. It seems as if they're still new to the whole relationship, with how they don't communicate very well (although I do appreciate the growth that both of them have gone through over the 6 volumes), and Taichi's apparent shyness around kissing doesn't really make sense once you think about the fact that they have been together for around 3 years. You can't really use the excuse that they "don't see each other often" either because it's established in the book that they see each other on the weekends, at the minimum.

None of that subtracts from my love of this series, though. I'll read this and reread this as a go-to every time I want something light (while still dealing with deep issues) and sweet and adorable.
