Cheap Heat by Lily Mayne
4.0
Dan and Rafe are neighbor enemies-to-lovers but really this is all one sided to Rafe. Both of them presumed things about the other without any data to back it up, which allowed this to continue on for years.
This is definitely grumpy/sunshine but Rafe tends to take this a little farther. I don’t know if it’s anxiety or an overactive imagination but it causes so many issues and makes him so unlikeable (to me) for a lot of the book. Once he and Dan clear the air so to speak he is a completely different person.
These two are seriously hot together. This might be the hottest book I’ve read by Lily. Hotter than Rafe’s hot sauce.
I liked how we saw more of the wrestlers this time. And Frank & Beans shenanigans. Seriously what in the world.
