a book about a badass girl rebelling against a totalitarian regime? how can I not love it?
and while I in the past have claimed to dislike Peeta, I think I have gotten over that fase of my life and now very much enjoy him (though he's still whiny and annoying sometimes)
also this time it dawned on me just how fucked up this concept is. guess I've just gotten used to this fictional world where sending kids to fight to the death is literally just what happens, but this time I was really affected by it. fun.
