What a slow burn, but worth the wait story. Im just getting back into reading and absolutely fell in love with the characters and the writing style—found myself not able to put the book down. Felt the plot line could’ve done without Tina’s return, but I loved the evolution of Knox and Naomi’s characters. Although their ages felt a bit off to me—Naomi felt like she was early thirties, Knox late 30s—their personalities were highly relatable (to me, someone who’s almost 30) and lovable. Made me want to move to Virginia and live in Liza’s cabin.
