Just My Luck by Lena Hendrix
4.0
Sloane works for Abel’s brewery and she loves to get a reaction from her moody boss, Abel. But that backfires when she shows up to work in her robe, and it snags on something, and she ends up flashing her boss..
Anyways, Sloane overhears a conversation between Abel and his sister, and she feels bad for Abel. She tries to think of a way to help him out, while helping herself out, at the same time. And the plan is put to action. Things are going well until their pasts come back to haunt them.
This series is interconnected. The King siblings each have a book and in their book, their issues are pretty much closed however there is a storyline going on throughout the series. Due to this, I would read in order.
I really liked this story. I loved Abel from the beginning and knew there was more to the story. I sure hope this siblings get revenge. In the meantime, loved seeing Abel with Sloane’s kids and reading about his life change. All of them. So good!
