a beautiful and heartbreaking story. loved the references to frankenstein and the comparison of charlie to frankensteins monster, how he became burdened with knowledge and it made him cynical.
one part that made me incredibly sad was when norma refused to put rose in a home despite her senility but similarly, everyone was more than happy to send charlie to one.
