note i haven’t read the books that come before in this series i don’t know if that matters or not

elena wants to leave vlad that’s fine for whatever reason that is wether she just isn’t romantically attracted to him or she wants to go back to russia and be a journalist or she thinks she isn’t good enough for him etc.


 what i’m not a fan of is her little acting like she’s the hurt victim in the situation act 


i 100 percent would have preferred if this was about vlad moving on and finding a new love interest but apparently it isn’t. it’s about him chasing after her AGAIN 🙄
