This one hit close to home at first, as I didn’t get to go on my honeymoon due to COVID. That being said, this story was light-hearted, insightful, and so wonderfully funny. I rarely crack up out loud while reading, and this one had my husband staring at me waiting for me to tell him what was so funny. And I even got a chuckle or two out of him, too.

I can’t recommend this book enough. It’s my second read by Christina Lauren and I look forward to many more. This is a story about bad luck, good luck, miscommunication, making your own choices, and owning the decisions you’ve made. Oh, and perhaps a bit of love mixed in.
