Words of Radiance by Brandon Sanderson
Did not finish book. Stopped at 44%.
Brandon Sanderson writes amazing concepts and worlds, but I hate his writing.
I'm 1450 pages (if you include the first book) and some of these characters are still so immature and lack character growth considering everything they've been through and where they currently are.
The best bits of the book were the interludes, where we get different character perspectives. But I can't push through Kaladin, Shallan and Adolin's chapters to get there.
Also, I don't think this is that well edited. It could easily be 300 pages shorter. There's a basic mistake in the blurb, and basic grammatical mistakes on the first page.
