You Better Watch Out is an absolute blast for fans of horror and gore. The book is a chaotic, gory thrill ride that had me hooked from the very first page. Seriously, the gore is off the charts—there’s one moment that actually had me a little nauseous, and I never get grossed out. Let’s just say I’m never touching lunch meat again! But if you’re into over-the-top kills and twisted, festive chaos, you’re in for a treat. This book is fast-paced and relentless. The atmosphere is dystopian, with a sense of impending doom that wraps around the Christmas season in a way that I loved. The characters are.. interesting. The ending was rude, fucked up, and totally satisfying. I loved it! 😆 If there’s any minor gripe, it’s that it could’ve been a bit more festive, but honestly, everything else makes up for it. I really hope there’s a sequel!
