All This Could Be Different by Sarah Thankam Mathews

5.0

i didn’t want this book to end! sneha was equal parts frustrating and deeply relatable, and i grew to care so much for her and her friends over the course of the novel. this was much more than your typical “sad twenty-something woman” book (even though i do enjoy that genre, it’s typically very hetero and white). all this could be different touched on race, class, gender, queerness, mental health, addiction, and love, and never once felt forced. i loved it.
