The slowest of slow burns, but I absolutely loved it!! I hate when fake taking trope only lasts like 5 chapters and then they are madly in love. This was perfect! I loved getting to know Jacob and his family. Lieutenant Dan was awesome. I love all the dogs and animals in Abby’s books. Thank you for writing about organ donations. I was shocked when I read the authors note at the end. You never know what people are really going through.
