I am on a journey in 2021 to re-read select Goosebumps that I read and/or watched episodes for. This one wasn't the first book in the series, but it is the one I feel most nostalgic towards. It has a kid stuck at a relative's home until their parents can find a new home. Said relative is an older and a strange lady. The "new" kid befriends a very aggressive tomboy. There are twin bullies that act as antagonists for the newcomer and tomboy. This is the recipe for almost any childhood tv show and movie (new kid + neighborhood kid + bully). It didn't disappoint. There are 4 Monster Blood books in total. I look forward to re-reading them too!
