ARC Review

This book was a super cute read. We have Benji who’s an omega and Rome who’s an alpha. This isn’t a shifter romance…..omegaverse maybe? This is the first book I’ve read like this without any sort of shifting.
Benji works for an attorneys office and recently got a new boss who’s none other than Rome. These two bicker and banter in the beginning of the book but there’s definitely some angsty tension between. Once the tension snaps and they get together they learn they’re fated mates.
Benji, bless his heart, only wants to have a loving family and suffers fertility issues, and doesn’t want to put Rome through that. Rome is a bit of a hotheaded alpha who’s been hurt by someone he cared for.
Benji and Rome are really good together, they balance each other out nicely.
I’ve never been big on mpreg and this does have mpreg but it’s well written and not over the top.
