This was one of my most anticipated releases for this year and it didn't disappointed!!!
No one does the single parent trope like Lauren Asher!! She really makes us care not only about the relationship between the two protagonists but also the relationships with the kid!!!
I loved every character and their dynamics so much!!!!!!
My only complain is that I wish we could've seen more of Nico's dynamic with Ellie after she and Rafael started dating.
Also, I was expecting more beachy vibes, I took it with me on my vacation thinking that it would be perfect to read at the beach and I was a little disappointed that it didn't perfectly match those vibes, but thats a me problem, I guess.
